What is a NAPA Reference Number?
NAPA stands for National Physical Addressing System. It gives each residence a unique ID made up of:
- House Number
- Street or Village Name
- Ward, District, and Region
- Official Postcode
- Geolocation (if available)

Steps to Get Your NAPA Number:
- Visit your local ward office and check if your area is mapped.
- Fill in your full name, NIDA, contact info, and location details.
- Go to https://napa.mawasiliano.go.tz and log in using NIDA.
- If your area appears, download your official NAPA Number.
- Use this number when applying for a loan via https://olas.heslb.go.tz.
