How to register for ess utumishi (Jinsi ya Kujisajili Ess Utumishi (ess.utumishi.go.tz))

Before you visit ess utumishi make sure you have Check Number and National ID. The following are common steps you may using to register on Ess Utumishi:

1. First visit ess.utumishi.go.tz through your preferred browser.

2. If it opening login page just look on Not Registerd? Click here to register if you are new applicant.

3. New Watumishi Portal Registration page will open fill on the gap (Check Number, National ID, Email Address and Confirm your email) then tap on Sign Up.

4. If it show errors just communicate with IT of your District to help you get better access.

5. After you successfully registered check if e-utendaji logo present and if not make sure you communicate with Your District IT to help you have it on your account. What if you haven’t Direct Communication with Your District IT? Go to your supervisor direct he may help you to get communication of Utumishi Office of your District or IT Engineer of your District.
